Wednesday, September 16th, 2009The Great American Beer Festival is later this month and Breweries, Bars and Beer Food will be there!! I cannot wait to discover new breweries and try so many new beers! And even better, we’ll be doing some interviews which will soon enough be posted on site!
I’ll be working with Examiner.com to conduct interviews and promote the event and of course we’ll be Tweeting as we do. It’s gonna be fun!

Judging for the Hi-Times Chili Cookoff!
Tuesday, August 25th, 2009I’ve just been asked to be a chili judge for the Hi Times Chili Cookoff in Costa Mesa this coming Sunday August 30! Being from Texas, I bring a pretty solid pedigree of chili cooking and judging and of course I know my craft beers which are what’s being served at the event. Stone, Maui Brewing and others will be on tap. I can’t wait!
